Business Lending, Credit Journey and Dodd Frank
As a Senior UX Designer at JPMorgan Chase, I played a key role in shaping the user experience for Business Line of Credit, Credit Journey, and Dodd-Frank initiatives, helping transform complex financial processes into intuitive, customer-centered digital experiences. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, content strategists, developers, and researchers, I designed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that streamlined application journeys, reduced friction, and improved usability for business customers.

Sutter Health
Healthcare Cost Estimator Tool
Sutter Health enhances the health and well-being of the communities it serves through a steadfast not-for-profit commitment to compassion, excellence, and accessible, patient-centered health care.
Project Overview: Sutter Health is committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves through compassionate, patient-centered care. To support greater transparency in healthcare costs, I proposed and designed a user-friendly Cost Estimator Tool that helps both current and prospective patients better understand their expected out-of-pocket expenses before receiving care.
The Challenge: Healthcare pricing can be complex and difficult for patients to navigate. Many patients are uncertain about the costs associated with office visits, procedures, insurance coverage, and benefits, making it challenging to plan for medical expenses and make informed healthcare decisions.
The Solution: The Cost Estimator Tool provides patients with a simple, intuitive way to estimate healthcare costs based on their specific needs, insurance coverage, and medical services. The experience was designed to reduce confusion, increase transparency, and empower patients with the information needed to make confident healthcare decisions.
Key Features: • Visit Level Selection – Estimate costs based on the level of care required, including varying levels of emergency and office visits.
• Medical Group Selection – View estimates based on the selected medical group or provider network.
• Insurance Integration – Incorporate insurance plan information to generate more accurate cost estimates. • Benefits Review – Factor in deductibles, co-pays, and coverage details when calculating costs.
• Service Categories – Browse and estimate costs for specific procedures, treatments, and healthcare services. • Secure Messaging – Contact healthcare providers directly through integrated email messaging for additional questions or clarification.
Design Approach: Using a human-centered design process, I focused on simplifying complex healthcare information into a clear, step-by-step experience. Through user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping, I designed an intuitive workflow that guides patients through cost estimation while minimizing cognitive load and improving usability.
Impact: The proposed solution aimed to increase cost transparency, improve patient confidence, reduce administrative inquiries, and create a more seamless digital healthcare experience for both patients and providers.

Traditions
Year-Round Holiday Store
Traditions is a year-round holiday retail store located in Canoga Park. To modernize its digital presence while preserving its nostalgic charm, I redesigned the website with a retro-inspired visual style that reflects the spirit of the brand. For the Halloween shopping experience, I introduced a seasonal color palette featuring earth tones and rich umber hues, creating a warm, vintage aesthetic that enhanced the holiday atmosphere.
The redesigned website improved product discoverability by organizing merchandise into intuitive holiday and category-based navigation, making it easier for customers to browse and shop. To extend the experience across devices, I also designed a companion mobile app with a clean, user-friendly interface that maintained visual consistency with the refreshed brand while providing a seamless shopping experience on the go.

Out of Body
Art Opening for Ruben Ireland Group Show
Out of Body was a captivating group show curated by Ruben Ireland at the Gauntlet Gallery. I created a video that captured the haunting atmosphere and visual identity of the exhibition. Inspired by the show's striking black-and-white artwork and Gothic themes, I crafted an immersive viewing experience that blended motion design, cinematic effects, and music to reflect the exhibit's otherworldly nature.
The video features a distressed film-frame treatment that evokes a vintage, eerie aesthetic, while a rotating carousel of artwork provides continuous visual engagement. To reinforce the unsettling mood, I incorporated an inverted countdown clock, creating a subtle sense of tension and distorted time. The experience is further enhanced by the atmospheric soundtrack, "Chatter Box (Pt 2)" by Book of Love, which complements the exhibition's dark and mysterious tone.

Movies and Actors Infographics
My favorite genres, movies and celebrities
As a lifelong movie enthusiast, I designed a collection of infographics celebrating my favorite films, genres, and Hollywood icons. The project combines engaging data visualization with cinematic storytelling, transforming personal interests into an interactive and visually compelling experience. Featuring custom charts, a map highlighting movie theaters throughout San Francisco, and memorable quotes from classic films, the infographic series captures the excitement and nostalgia of the movie-going experience while showcasing strong information design and visual communication skills.
I led a branding and identity refresh for Jasmine Gardento better capture the restaurant’s character and appeal. The redesign centered on a refined logo featuring a single jasmine flower paired with elegant typography, creating a clean and memorable visual identity. To strengthen the brand’s digital presence, I designed a modern, user-friendly website with intuitive navigation and a cohesive visual experience. I also developed eye-catching signage and marketing materials strategically placed throughout the city to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and reinforce Jasmine Garden’s presence within the community.

Tri-Well was a conceptual holistic wellness center. The center key focus is healing the body, mind and spirit. I created their logo using the three basic geometric shapes. I designed the two collateral pieces with the feel of peacefulness and zen.
